Chatbot from the ‘Children of Heroes’ Foundation: Support for families is now more accessible!

The number of families supported by the ‘Children of Heroes’ Foundation is constantly growing, and each one requires special attention. Therefore, we have created a chatbot for families who have been under the foundation’s care for over three months.The chatbot is a virtual assistant available 24/7. It’s very easy to use: all you need is a smartphone or a laptop.With the help of the chatbot, our beneficiary families can:

• Create requests for necessary assistance and track their status.
• Maintain contact with their family assistant.

Over the past three months, more than 5,000 families have used the chatbot.
