The Children of Heroes of Ukraine Foundation (“Foundation”) is a Section 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Subject to other applicable limitations, the amount of your contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of any money (and the value of any property other than money) you contributed over the value of goods or services provided by the Foundation.

Who receives the donation?
As required by federal tax law, once a donation has been processed, it becomes the property of Foundation which has exclusive legal control over the donated funds.

All donations made to Foundation through our Website is provided directly to Foundation and will be used in accordance with our mission statement. We should receive the donation as soon as the payment clears, based on whether you provided such donation via credit card, check, PayPal or otherwise.

Unless expressly specified otherwise on our Website when you are providing a donation, all donations made to Foundation as unrestricted donations.

GEORGIA: The following information will be sent upon request: (A) A full and fair description of the charitable program for which the solicitation campaign is being carried out and, if different, a full and fair description of the programs and activities of the charitable organization on whose behalf the solicitation is being carried out; (B) A financial statement or summary which shall be consistent with the financial statement required to be filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to Code Section 43-17-5.
