The Children of Heroes of Ukraine Foundation (“Foundation”) is a Section 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Subject to other applicable limitations, the amount of your contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of any money (and the value of any property other than money) you contributed over the value of goods or services provided by the Foundation.

Who receives the donation?
As required by federal tax law, once a donation has been processed, it becomes the property of Foundation which has exclusive legal control over the donated funds.
