Light for Children

Left in the Dark

Since the beginning of the war, Ukrainians have suffered from constant disruptions to the power grid, including total blackouts in their communities. The lack of electricity has left countless families without heating, water, telecommunication and the many basic needs that rely on an operational electrical grid, which military aggression has often targeted senselessly.

Ukrainian children need your help to survive the blackouts and to stay in touch with their families. Will you help support them with the gift of light?

Light for Children

The objective of the Light for Children initiative is to provide children and their families flashlights, power banks, and reflective strips for their clothing, which help them stay visible outside during the frequent blackouts that affect Ukraine. The Fund will also provide batteries and generators for families in more dire situations where they require long-term electrical solutions for their homes.

Our goal is to raise $86,468

A gift of $20

Could provide 5 children with reflective clothing strips, to ensure their safety when traveling on foot in a blackout.

A gift of $40

Could provide one LED lamp, so a child doesn’t have to live in darkness.

A gift of $54

A gift of $272

Please give generously to the children of heroes.

Together, we will overcome the darkness that russian military aggression has brought to Ukraine.
