Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager

We are looking for a  Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager (remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Attracting corporate partners at both national and international levels. 
  • Conducting market research to identify key industries and potential partners. 
  • Establishing contacts with top management at companies and conducting high-level negotiations. 
  • Preparing tailored partnership proposals and developing unique formats for cooperation. 
  • Creating comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of partnerships with corporate partners. 
  • Interacting with international foundations and donor organizations to expand corporate funding. 
  • Collaborating with PR, marketing, and program teams to enhance the fund’s visibility among business partners.
  •  Optimizing and improving the processes of interaction with corporate donors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate fundraising, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales. 
  • Proven track record in attracting corporate partners or developing partner programs. 
  • -Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with top management.
  • Analytical thinking skills, with the capability to work with data and create strategic plans. 
  • High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced).
  •  Experience in managing international projects is a plus. 
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to organize and manage team workflows when necessary.

CRM manager

We’re looking for a  CRM manager (remote).

The position involves creating a donor management and analytics system for the fundraising department, organizing historical data, setting up a user-friendly CRM for donor interactions, and introducing key metrics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing a CRM system and managing data effectively.
  • Organizing and transferring historical information about donors since the foundation’s inception.
  • Analyzing the features of the selected CRM and tailoring it to the fund’s needs.
  • Integration of CRM with payment systems, email newsletters, and other tools.
  • Automation of key processes includes thank-you emails, reminders for recurring donations, and donor segmentation.
  • Database optimization
  1. Analysis of donors and the effectiveness of fundraising efforts.
  • Creating a comprehensive analytical database and exploring insights.
  • Analysis of Donor behavior
  • Identifying the key factors that influence outcomes.
  • Implementation of a system for monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Building dashboards to track the progress and effectiveness of fundraising campaigns quickly.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of data management principles and database operations, including structuring, segmentation, and optimization. 
  • Experience in integrating CRM systems with other tools, such as payment systems, email newsletters, and analytical platforms. 
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting skills. 
  • Ability to configure process automation for tasks like newsletters, reminders, and workflows. 
  • Understanding of key performance indicators related to the sales function.
  •  English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.

Родина Найдухів

табір «Воловець» у Карпатах

З перших днів повномасштабного вторгнення Юрій пішов добровольцем на фронт. На жаль, чоловік загинув під Бахмутом. Ця трагедія стала справжнім ударом для його дружини Галини та двох донечок — 13-річної Таїсії та 11-річної Іринки. Емоційний стан донечок був вкрай нестабільним: вони закрились в собі.

Від фонду «Діти Героїв» сімʼя Найдухів отримала можливість поїхати до табору «Воловець» у Карпатах. Це табір психоемоційної стабілізації для сімей, що постраждали від війни. З перших днів у таборі розпочались позитивні зміни. Вони ходили в гори, малювали, співали, купалися в чанах. Галина каже, що вона вперше після трагедії добре спала. А дівчата, які категорично відмовлялись йти до психолога, після табору самі висловили бажання розпочати роботу з фахівцем!
