Tetiana Novytska becomes the new head of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund in Ukraine

We are excited to share that, as of the end of August, Tetiana Novytska has taken on the role of Head of the Fund in Ukraine. Before this appointment, Tetiana was the Chief Operating and Financial Officer.
Tetiana Novytska joined the Fund’s team at the time of its establishment. During this time, she has built a transparent reporting system for the foundation, set up the financial and administrative departments’ work, and coordinated the direct interaction with affected families.
Tetiana graduated from the Odesa National Economic University and is a member of the international professional accounting organization ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). She has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, auditing, financial management, operational management, and private equity in large companies (Dragon Capital, EY, Arricano, Vitmark).
“It is a huge honor for me to head the foundation that carries such an important mission. I am confident that together with our strong team and the support of our partners, we will be able to implement all our plans and bring maximum positive changes to the future of Ukrainian children who have lost their parents due to the war,” said Tetiana Novytska, CEO of the Children of Heroes Charitable Foundation.
In addition to Ukraine, the Children of Heroes Fund is a fully registered legal entity in the United States and the Netherlands. Brice Espino remains the head of the foundation in these countries.
