Case management

The program offers personalized support to families facing hardship. Whether it’s helping cover essential expenses, finding temporary shelter, or accessing legal advice, each family receives assistance tailored to their unique situation when they need it most.

What does the program include?

Emergency financial support

Families in crisis can receive targeted financial help to cover urgent needs such as rent, utilities, funeral costs, or income loss due to the guardian’s inability to work. This support helps families regain stability and focus on their children’s well-being during difficult times.

Medical financial assistance

In urgent medical cases, the Fund provides financial support for treatment, diagnostics, and medications not covered by public healthcare. Working with partner clinics, we ensure that children receive timely care without placing additional financial strain on their families.

Housing recovery

For families who have lost their homes, the Fund provides emergency aid and essential items such as food, clothing, and hygiene products. If needed, the program also covers temporary housing costs, ensuring that children and their guardians have a safe place to stay while they work toward long-term recovery.

Legal assistance

Families can access free legal support on matters like pensions, inheritance, guardianship, and housing. Basic questions are answered through the Fund’s contact center. For more complex cases, the inquiry is forwarded to a regional lawyer who contacts the family directly. Partners include the Free Legal Aid Center, Legal Hundred, Right to Protection, and Actum.

Evacuation and relocation

When families are forced to leave unsafe areas, the Fund helps them relocate to safer regions by covering travel expenses and providing support as they settle into their new homes. This assistance helps reduce stress and allows families to start fresh in a more secure environment.
