Solidgate Allocated UAH 1.5 Million to IT Education for Children of Heroes
Solidgate has supported the educational programs of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund, allocating UAH 1.5 million to IT education for children. Thanks to this support, 217 children who have lost one or both parents due to the war will be able to complete full six-month IT courses throughout 2026.
The training will take place online across 31 study groups and will include children of different ages — from primary school students to teenagers. The programs are tailored to participants’ age and level of preparation and focus on developing practical digital skills.
The first study groups will start at the beginning of the year. Participants in these groups will study Frontend, Backend, and C++, gaining an introduction to programming fundamentals and the logic behind building digital products.
The next groups will begin in the second half of the year. These programs will focus on web design, Frontend, Python, Java, and C++, as well as Scratch for younger children. Some of the courses are designed for a more advanced level of training for teenagers.
These educational courses give children the opportunity to explore the IT field, develop logical thinking, and acquire new skills in a safe online format as part of the comprehensive support the Fund provides to the children it supports.
