Introduction to Modern Science and Laboratory Diagnostics: How the Children of Heroes’ Excursion to the DILA Medical Laboratory went
Recently, the beneficiaries of the Children of Heroes CF visited the DILA laboratory, where they had the opportunity to plunge into the fascinating world of laboratory diagnostics. During the visit, the children saw how modern science and technology contribute to preserving human health.
The excursion was extremely informative: the children learned how the laboratory works from the inside, got acquainted with the operation of complex devices, and received a clear explanation of why different stages of the study are needed. In a friendly and interactive manner, they were introduced to various laboratory diagnostic methods that help detect diseases at early stages and facilitate their treatment. The main topics discussed included the role of laboratory tests in modern medicine, as well as the importance of accuracy and responsibility in this serious work.
The mother of one of the Fund’s beneficiaries who attended the tour shared her impressions: “We sincerely thank DILA for the incredible tour! It was an unforgettable experience that left a lot of warm impressions. The tour helped us not only to learn a lot of new things but also to meet wonderful people. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this interesting event and for the constant support of the Fund.”
The young guests listened with great interest to the laboratory specialists, who shared their knowledge about the importance of laboratory diagnostics in everyone’s life. For many of them, this was the first opportunity to learn how science works for the benefit of people and how even a small discovery can significantly influence the health of society. The children witnessed how the efforts of scientists in the medical field are making real changes aimed at the safety and well-being of humanity.
“We were happy to organize a tour for the beneficiaries of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund and show them how our laboratory works from the inside. We sincerely believe that such events broaden the children’s horizons and allow them to see how each study contributes to preserving human health and what is behind it. We strive to inspire the younger generation and show that each can be a hero in any profession, where the most important thing is the desire to help people. We thank the Fund for their cooperation and trust, and our young guests for their sincere interest and lively communication!” — said Inna Titova, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at DILA.
This excursion has inspired many children, opening new perspectives in biotechnology, molecular biology, and medical engineering. The Children of Heroes CF believes that such events ignite a thirst for knowledge in our children and help them find their place in the science and technology world. We are confident that this experience will be the first step for our beneficiaries on the way to future achievements in the scientific field.
