Children of Heroes Charity Fund became a partner of the Odesa International Film Festival
On July 12, the Odesa International Film Festival officially opened in Kyiv, with the Children of Heroes Charity Fund as its charity partner. The festival opening ceremony began with a minute of silence to honor the fallen Heroes of Ukraine.
Every day, many Ukrainian children lose their parents and need our support. So this year, in addition to the opportunity to watch fascinating films and attend special film screenings, every festival guest can support children who have lost one or both parents to war.
To help the children of the Heroes, visitors are encouraged to make a donation to the Fund, and all proceeds from the ticket sales to the festival film screenings purchased on Wednesday, July 10, were donated to the Fund.
“The Odesa International Film Festival is an event that brings together famous directors, actors, film critics and everyone who is not indifferent to cinema. And we are extremely delighted that we managed to become partners of such a large-scale event. Thanks to the joint efforts of the OIFF organizers and caring guests, we have received significant assistance that will be used to support and improve the living conditions of children of fallen Heroes,” — emphasized Anna Khomenko, director of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund.
