Activate your superpower to help with Lviv Croissants!
Lviv Croissants were inspired by the cartoon ‘Mavka: The Forest Song’ and have created a magical atmosphere in their restaurants. Starting from August 1st, guests at the chain’s bakeries in Ukraine and Poland will have the opportunity to explore the world of Ukrainian mythology, escape from everyday life, participate in competitions, and discover souvenirs and treats featuring their favorite characters.
This is also an opportunity to do a good deed. Keep an eye out for themed cups bearing the Foundation’s logo and a QR code in the cafes. By purchasing a drink and scanning the QR code, you can make a donation to the Children of Heroes Foundation and help children in need!
Anna Khomenko says, ‘Such initiatives are important for children who have lost their parents in the war, as they have not had the chance to experience fairytale events. However, thanks to caring individuals and the support of responsible companies, we can make these children’s dreams come true and provide them with the fairytale moments that every child deserves.’
Andriy Halytskyi, co-owner of Lviv Croissants, adds, ‘One of the main superpowers of Ukrainians is the ability to help others. In collaboration with the team behind the animated film ‘Mavka: The Forest Song,’ we are pleased to support the Children of Heroes Charitable Foundation, which cares for children who have lost their parents during the war.’
Furthermore, starting from August 1st, every guest under the age of 16 at Lviv Croissants will have the chance to participate in a draw for one of 10 educational grants. These grants can be used for any club or course that will help a child learn new skills and get closer to achieving their dreams. The ‘I Want a Scholarship’ competition by Lviv Croissants will run until September 12, 2023, in all bakeries across Ukraine.
