Oleksii Dolhikh Joins the Supervisory Board of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund
We are pleased to announce that Oleksii Dolhikh, Managing Partner at the leading global executive search firm Boyden Global Executive Search, has joined the Supervisory Board of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund.
Oleksii Dolhikh is widely recognized as one of the most respected experts in executive search across Ukraine and the CIS region. With over 22 years of experience, he has successfully led searches for board members, CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, and commercial leaders. In addition to his work in recruitment, he serves as a trusted advisor to business owners and CEOs on strategic talent decisions, organizational development, and corporate governance.
As a consultant, Oleksii brings years of experience working with supervisory boards of leading Ukrainian and international companies, as well as top investment funds. He is also a board member of the Professional Association of Corporate Governance (PACG).
Even before officially joining the Supervisory Board, Oleksii had already made a significant contribution to the development of the Fund. Thanks to his involvement and the support of the Boyden team, we were able to:
