The Secretariat of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and the Children of Heroes Charity Fund Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation
On November 21, the Children of Heroes Charity Fund and the Secretariat of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights signed a memorandum of cooperation. This event marked an important step toward expanding support for children who have lost one or both parents due to the war.
Before signing the memorandum, representatives of the Fund visited the Child Rights Protection Center. This visit allowed the Children of Heroes team to understand the institution’s activities and programs and to discuss prospects for joint projects. During the meeting, special attention was given to key areas of support: education, socialization, and psychological assistance.
The signing of the memorandum confirmed the shared commitment of both parties to do everything possible to ensure children feel cared for, safe, and supported. The cooperation framework includes organizing consultations, training sessions, and educational programs to help children better understand and protect their rights when necessary.
The Children of Heroes Charity Fund continues to expand its network of partners who share its values and mission. Through collaboration with the Secretariat of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, more children will gain opportunities to grow, plan their futures, and realize their potential. This partnership exemplifies how joint efforts can become a driving force for positive change in the lives of those who need help the most.
