Children of Heroes CF Hosts Art Exhibition of Children’s Drawings in London
On November 4, the Ned Club in London hosted an exhibition featuring artwork by the beneficiaries of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund, who have lost one or both parents due to the war. The event was organized with the support of Madeleine Schachter, a member of the Fund’s supervisory board in the United States.
The exhibition showcased drawings by children who have endured unimaginable pain and loss. Each piece is a powerful story, expressed through colors and lines, reflecting their emotions, fears, and hopes.
The event’s purpose was to introduce guests to the art of these children and to raise funds for ongoing support. Thanks to the generosity of the visitors, over $3,500 was raised during the exhibition, which will go towards meeting basic needs, providing psychological support, and funding educational programs for the Fund’s beneficiaries.
Currently, the Children of Heroes CF supports over 10,200 children, and the number continues to grow. Exhibitions like this play an essential role in drawing international attention to the plight of Ukrainian children affected by the war and mobilizing resources to provide them with the necessary assistance. Thanks to this support and attention, the Children of Heroes gain a chance for a brighter future and a renewed life after profound loss.
