About myself
My name is Iryna Derevetska, and I am a Family Helper at the Children of Heroes Charity Fund.
Why am I in the fund?
I joined the foundation at the call of my heart. Since 2015, I have been working with families of fallen soldiers. I like to help and support people, and I feel thrilled when I see a smile on children’s faces because children show us their genuine emotions, unlike adults. They are who they are: sincere. Throughout my years of work, I believe in what I do and do what I believe in.
How many families do you take care of?
Today, I care for 35 families (53 children) in the Fund.
