Children of Heroes Charity Fund Receives UAH 600,000 in Support at Conductors of Change Forum
The Conductors of Change forum was a significant event for business and social initiatives this year. Ten percent of ticket sales, partnership fees, and participants’ donations were allocated to the Children of Heroes Charity Fund. As a result, the Fund received UAH 600,000 in support for the children under its care.
The Conductors of Change Forum brought together leaders dedicated to driving transformation in their communities, country, and businesses. The event served as a platform for exchanging experiences and identifying strategies for success, even in times of war.
The support of the Forum participants, including Deloitte, is part of the WorldClass initiative to develop educational opportunities for children in need.
“I want to emphasize two important words. First, children. They are like most of us, but they are enduring tragic circumstances, having lost their mothers, fathers, or even both parents due to the war. Secondly, they are children of heroes — their parents gave their lives for Ukraine’s future. We must take care of these children and do more than usual. We must help them live full lives,” said Sergiy Kulyk, Managing Partner of Deloitte Ukraine, at the Forum.
“We are incredibly grateful for the support provided by the participants of the Conductors of Change Forum. These funds will enable us to expand our educational programs for children most affected by the war, allowing them to grow even in challenging circumstances. Our joint efforts demonstrate that transformation is possible and begins with each of us,” said Tetiana Novytska, CEO of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund.
The Forum inspires new initiatives, reminding us that societal change is only possible when we unite for a common goal.
